DaWo Academy is a legal training program for executives and managers doing business in or with China. Our trainings are based on DaWo’s qualified lawyers’ experiences and are delivered in a business-oriented, adapted and practical manner.

Our billingual training courses are offering both overviews of releant laws ad real-life case studies and participants will gain deep insights and practical take-aways.

Trainings can take place both online and offline, at DaWo offices or on-site at your office. After each training session (3 hours), we provide course materials and certificates of attendency as well as a free consultation (1 hour) within one month.

Personal Information Processing of Employees

Course overview

Personal information is increasingly regulated nowadays in China. Their collection and processing are strictly regulated by the PRC Personal Information Protection Law (“PIPL”). This training will allow you to learn about the legal framework and relevant issues in the field of the data protection referring to human resources management, and understand the mechanisms of data collection, processing and transfer related to employees.

Course overview

This training course will allow you to properly assess the risks involved with the departure of an employee and how to draft the termination documentation to avoid further disputes (templates will be presented).

In addition to that, how to prevent former key employees from competing with the company is also a very challenging topic.
